Mr 10% (Zardari) in China trade talks

Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari aka Mr 10%
Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari has begun his four-day official visit to China to encourage more investment by China for his country.

Zardari's trip which concludes on Friday, demonstrates Pakistan's willingness to raise the "time-tested relationship to new heights", Pakistan's Foreign Affairs Ministry said in a statement.

Bilateral trade between the two nations is over $7 billion a year but they are aiming to increase this amount to $15 billion by 2011... (Less 10%)

“I'm looking forward to visiting China ... I am hoping to remind the leadership of the world how close our relationship is,” Xinhua quoted Zardari as saying before his visit.

An agreement on civil nuclear power would follow a similar deal between India and the United States.

Zardari is scheduled to hold talks with Chinese President Hu Jintao, and China's Prime Minister Wen Jiabao, during his trip.
