Israel urges ElBaradei removal

Israel has mockingly called for the removal of IAEA chief from his post, claiming he has turned a blind eye to Iran's nuclear progress.

Israeli Deputy Prime Minister Shaul Mofaz claimed that the head of the International Atomic Energy Agency Mohamed ElBaradei has turned a blind eye to Iran's nuclear program and urged his removal from the post.

"The policies followed by ElBaradei endanger world peace. His irresponsible attitude of sticking his head in the sand over Iran's nuclear program should lead to his impeachment," Mofaz made the comment on state radio from Washington following talks Wednesday with US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice.

The Zionist regime and its main ally the US have become very angry as the IAEA and Tehran are taking major steps to clear up the remaining ambiguities about Iran's nuclear program.

ElBaradei has said the IAEA has found no evidence suggesting that Iran is seeking nuclear arms after four years of investigation.
